Our Misson
At Hugo Coffee Roasters we are on a mission to save animals by selling fantastic ethically and sustainably sourced coffee. We support a different animal sanctuary/rescue every week by donating $2.50 from every purchase made.
Our Impact
So far we have partnered with nearly a hundred animal rescues and sanctuaries nationwide! These sanctuaries and rescues are often volunteer-based, and rely on donations to be able to provide care to animals in need. With the help of our customers we are able to provide these incredible organizations with an immediate impact so they can continue saving animals.
Our Story
Founded in 2015 by Claudia McMullin, who, in a former life, ran the animal rescue Nuzzles & Co, Hugo Coffee’s mission is to make a difference in the lives of dogs and cats nationwide through a social impact business model. As a foster failure, Claudia named the company after her rescue pup, Hugo, and pledged to give back to dog and cat rescues across the country.
Fluffy Cow Coffee
In December of 2020 we decided to expand our mission beyond helping cats and dogs by making Fluffy Cow Coffee our sister brand. We have been able to help give farm animals a second chance at life by donating to small farm animal sanctuaries nationwide!
Meet the Fetch Pack
These are the dogs of Fetch Cares, the foster and hospice rescue in Kamas, Utah that Hugo Coffee is supporting from October 19 through November 19, 2026. Many have disabilities, medical needs, or a lot of years behind them. Some are looking for a forever family. Others, the seniors and terminal pups, are home at Fetch Cares for good.

Meet the dogs
Fetch Cares shares its dogs and updates on Facebook. The feed below is theirs, so it’s always current.
Thinking about adopting?
Fetch Cares matches dogs with forever families who are ready and able to care for their unique conditions, from medical needs to disabilities to the slower pace of a senior. If a dog catches your eye, reach out to Fetch Cares directly through Facebook or fetchcares.org. They take it from there. November is also Adopt a Senior Pet Month, which makes it a great time to meet the grays.
Can’t adopt? You can still help
- Shop for them. Through November 19, we set aside 10% of every online Hugo Coffee order for Fetch Cares. Here’s how it works.
- Donate directly. Give one time or monthly.
- Sponsor a foster dog. Ask Fetch Cares how through their website.
- Volunteer at the ranch. Walk, snuggle, and care for the dogs. Individuals and groups are welcome.
Fetch Cares is located at 3600 W State Rd 248 in Kamas, Utah. Visits are by appointment.
