The answer is yes. Iced coffee is simply coffee plus ice. For cold brew coffee, steep coffee grounds in cold water for several hours before consuming it.
Hundreds of years ago, the Japanese had their own cold coffee brewing methods. Rather than steeping, they let the water drop one bead at a time onto the coffee grounds. This process would take one day.

To learn how to brew cold coffee, you’ll need water, coffee grounds, and a French press. Instead of medium-fine grounds, use grounds that are coarse.
The correct ratio for cold brew coffee is 1:5. That is one ounce of coffee for every five ounces of water. Then, pour in the water after the grounds and stir them together. Let it sit overnight in the fridge, and then press the plunger.
